A vCard QR code is a static QR code — your contact information is encoded directly into the pattern, so there's nothing to host and nothing that can go offline. If you ever change your phone number or job title, you'll need to generate and reprint a new code. Which fields are required?
At minimum, add a name or organization. Everything else — phone, email, address, social links, notes — is optional and only included if you fill it in.
